Empowering Kelvin a.k.a. DJ Focus

I thankfully stumbled upon this video about 15-year-old Kelvin Doe of Sierra Leone and his new-found partnership with our neighbors at MIT. Not only does this story display the power that the love for innovation has on those that believe in themselves and in change, but it also focuses on the importance of empowering our youth and enabling them for individual and industrial success. How can we foster innovation among younger generations through programs of scalable size? With the aging manufacturing workforce, it’s definitely top-of-mind for many industry leaders.
