GE Healthcare to Build 500-Employee HQ in Marlborough

GE Healthcare is coming to Massachusetts! The company’s life sciences division announced that it will be opening its U.S. headquarters in Marlborough, which is also home to more than two dozen other medical firms. Renovations will begin on a previously occupied 200,000 sq. ft. building and GE plans to open the 500-person facility in spring of next year. Read announcement.

Report Compares Food Traceability Regulations of 21 Countries

Our team has spoken with many food and beverage organizations that are consistently facing obstacles with understanding which countries require certain regulations, as they are frequently changing. The Global Food Traceability Center (GFTC) released a new report that evaluates and compares regulations of 21 countries that are labeled Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) areas. Countries were evaluated and ranked based on responses given to a series of questions regarding their traceability policies and programs. One of the main findings was that the EU ranked highest in regulations and requirements. Read more…
